Ember saunas: 2–4 hours, two adults, plug into standard outlet. Forge cedar saunas: 4–8 hours — professional installation strongly recommended. 240V circuit required.

What's the difference between The Forge and The Ember?
The Forge series features traditional outdoor cedar saunas — red cedar construction, full glass fronts, and requires permanent installation and an electric or wood-burning heater. Heat ranges from 160–200°F. The Ember series uses far infrared heat — built from Canadian hemlock, designed for indoor or outdoor use, and powered by a standard 110V outlet at 120–150°F with near-zero EMF. Do the Forge saunas come with a heater?
No. The Forge One and Forge Two ship as the sauna structure only. You select a heater add-on at checkout: Harvia 4.5 KW (+$1,500) for the Forge One, or HomeCraft 9KW (+$2,000) or Humm Drop WiFi 9KW (+$3,000) for the Forge Two. The heater ships with your sauna as a complete unit. The Ember series has infrared panels built in — no add-on required.
What electrical work is required?
Forge One with Harvia heater: dedicated 240V / 20A circuit. Forge Two with 9KW heater: dedicated 240V / 40A circuit. Both require a licensed electrician. Ember One: standard 110V household outlet — no electrician needed. We walk you through everything on the free consultation call.
How long does delivery take?
Forge outdoor cedar saunas: 18–65 business days. Ember infrared saunas: 18–30 business days. Free shipping to the continental US and Canada when bundled with The Tempest cold plunge. We send tracking when your unit ships.
Is professional installation available?
Yes — white-glove installation is available at $4,000 flat anywhere in the continental US and Canada. Covers full assembly, electrical coordination, and activation. Strongly recommended for the Forge series.
What is the warranty?
Forge outdoor cedar saunas: 5-year warranty included free. Ember infrared saunas: 1-year warranty with free replacement parts. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. All sales final for non-defective products.
