01 — Shipping

Free Shipping — U.S. & Canada

All orders ship free within the continental United States and Canada. International orders carry a flat shipping fee — contact us before ordering for details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Transit time after processing varies by product. Total estimated delivery windows:

  • The Tempest cold plunge: 15–30 business days total
  • Ember series saunas: 18–30 business days total
  • Forge series saunas: 18–65 business days total

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the following business day.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change. Once an order has begun processing, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

02 — Returns & Refunds

Defective Units Only

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on non-defective items. Please review all product specifications carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your unit arrives defective, is damaged in transit, or fails within the first 30 days of normal use, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair of the defective item
  • Replacement with a new unit
  • Full refund of the purchase price, including return shipping

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.

Non-Eligible Items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or that have been altered after delivery are not eligible for returns, repairs, or refunds.

The Tempest cold plunge, Ember One, Two & Three infrared saunas

All warranties cover manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

Claims Within 30 Days of Delivery

Contact us at warranty@frostforgedwellness.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. Covered defects will be resolved at no cost to you.

Claims After 30 Days

Contact us at warranty@frostforgedwellness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve any covered defect within the warranty period.

Financing Options Available

Financing options are available on qualifying orders. Monthly payment breakdowns are shown at checkout. Financing terms are managed through our payment partners and are subject to approval.
