Products are available for purchase in the continental United States and Canada. International orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis — contact us before ordering for details.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or product specification at any time.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information. Frost Forged Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply constraints.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is processed and shipped.

Payment is Due in Full at Purchase

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or reserved until payment has been received and confirmed.

Financing

Financing options are available on qualifying orders through our payment partners. Financing is subject to approval by the financing provider and is governed by the terms of that provider. Frost Forged Wellness is not a party to any financing agreements.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are processed in USD.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued electronically upon order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are accurate and up to date.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and customs fees. If you hold a valid tax exemption, you must provide documentation at the time of purchase — exemptions cannot be applied retroactively.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors. Frost Forged Wellness does not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit card or banking credentials.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at sales@frostforgedwellness.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in order cancellation and suspension of your account.

All orders ship free via freight carrier to the continental United States and Canada. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the freight carrier. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, document the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional charges from failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information are your responsibility.

White-Glove Installation

White-glove installation is an optional add-on service at a flat rate of $4,000 for the continental U.S. and Canada. It is not included with any product or bundle. Installation is performed by a third-party service provider — Frost Forged Wellness facilitates booking but is not the installer. For Forge series cedar saunas, which require a dedicated 240V electrical circuit, professional installation is strongly recommended.

Defective or Damaged Units

If your unit arrives defective, is damaged in transit, or fails within the first 30 days of normal use, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a written description, and photos or video of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Repair of the defective item at no cost to you
• Replacement with a new unit of the same model
• Full refund of the purchase price including return shipping

Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Claims

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow installation instructions
• Damage from improper electrical installation or use of incorrect voltage
• Normal wear and tear
• Units modified, disassembled, or altered after delivery
• Claims reported more than 30 days after delivery for defects visible at delivery

All products include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty claims are handled in coordination with the supplier. Frost Forged Wellness acts as your liaison throughout the process. Coverage does not extend to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or use outside specified parameters.

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact warranty@frostforgedwellness.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days.

Retailer Relationship

When you place an order, Frost Forged Wellness purchases the product from our supplier on your behalf and arranges shipment directly to your delivery address. Your purchase contract is with Frost Forged Wellness — not with the supplier. All customer service, warranty coordination, and policy enforcement is handled by Frost Forged Wellness.

Supplier Independence

Our suppliers are independent third parties and are not agents, partners, employees, joint venturers, or representatives of Forge & Flow Enterprises LLC. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, or negligence of our suppliers except to the extent expressly covered by the warranties and policies stated in these Terms.

Product Specifications

All product specifications, dimensions, weights, materials, features, and technical details listed on this website are provided by our manufacturers and suppliers. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Frost Forged Wellness does not independently verify all supplier-provided specifications and cannot guarantee their completeness or accuracy at the time of your purchase.

Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice. Minor changes that do not materially affect product function or value do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation. If a material change occurs that significantly alters what was represented at the time of purchase, contact us to discuss resolution options.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability from our suppliers. We do not maintain physical inventory. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer one of the following:

• A full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method
• A comparable substitute product at the same price, subject to your approval
• A backorder arrangement with an updated estimated delivery timeline, subject to your agreement

Pricing Errors

Products may occasionally be incorrectly priced due to typographical errors, supplier price changes, or system errors. Frost Forged Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price prior to shipment. In such cases we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance at the stated price — acceptance occurs upon shipment confirmation.

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Estimated Delivery Windows

All delivery timelines are estimates provided by our suppliers and freight partners — not guaranteed delivery dates. Frost Forged Wellness is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays, including installation costs, contractor scheduling losses, or lost use of property.

Force Majeure

Frost Forged Wellness and its suppliers shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, acts of God, floods, fires, or earthquakes
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• War, civil unrest, terrorism, or government action
• Port closures, freight carrier disruptions, or customs delays
• Supplier manufacturing shutdowns or material shortages
• Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages
• Cyberattacks or critical infrastructure failures

In the event of a force majeure delay exceeding 90 days from the original estimated ship date, you may request a full refund by contacting sales@frostforgedwellness.com.

Nature of Warranty

The warranties described in Section 08 are manufacturer warranties. Frost Forged Wellness acts as your liaison in warranty claims but does not independently guarantee product performance beyond what the manufacturer warrants. Warranty fulfillment is ultimately subject to the manufacturer's policies, processes, and timelines.

Warranty Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frost Forged Wellness makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer, including no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in the product listing at the time of purchase.

Warranty Service Timeline

Because warranty service is coordinated with third-party manufacturers, resolution timelines may extend beyond what would be typical for a direct manufacturer. We cannot guarantee specific resolution timelines for manufacturer-coordinated repairs or replacements.

For orders delivered within the continental United States and Canada, standard freight shipping is arranged and import duties are handled as part of our supplier agreements.

International Orders

For any orders outside the continental United States and Canada, you are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all import regulations, customs requirements, and duties in your jurisdiction
• Payment of any import duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, or customs brokerage fees
• Obtaining any required import permits or certifications
• Ensuring the product meets your local electrical, safety, and regulatory standards

Frost Forged Wellness is not responsible for products delayed, seized, or returned by customs authorities. International orders refused due to customs non-compliance are not eligible for refund of shipping costs or import fees.

Electrical Standards

Products are configured for North American electrical standards (110V/60Hz or 240V/60Hz as specified). You are responsible for ensuring electrical compatibility in your location. Use of products with incompatible electrical infrastructure will void the warranty and may create safety hazards.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your property is suitable for the product you purchase, including adequate space, structural support, drainage, and electrical infrastructure.

Electrical Requirements

Forge series cedar saunas require a dedicated 240V electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply will void the warranty and may create safety hazards. Frost Forged Wellness is not liable for property damage, injury, or product damage resulting from improper electrical installation.

Safe Use

All products must be used in accordance with the product manual and any safety guidelines included with your purchase. You assume all risk associated with the use of any equipment purchased on this site. Frost Forged Wellness strongly recommends consulting a qualified physician before beginning any cold plunge or sauna practice, particularly if you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or take medications that affect blood pressure or thermoregulation.

Contrast therapy — including cold water immersion and sauna use — carries inherent physiological risks. Known contraindications include but are not limited to: unstable cardiovascular conditions, recent myocardial infarction, decompensated heart failure, Raynaud's syndrome, cold urticaria, and pregnancy. This list is not exhaustive.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider as appropriate, understand the risks involved, and assume full and complete responsibility for any health outcomes related to your use of contrast therapy equipment, up to and including serious bodily injury and death.

All content on frostforgedwellness.com — including text, product descriptions, research summaries, brand copy, photography, logos, design elements, and the "Frost Forged Wellness," "The Tempest," "Ember Series," "Forge Series," and "Reforge System" names and marks — is the property of Forge & Flow Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You agree not to use this website or our services for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent activity, including providing false billing or shipping information
• Scraping, data mining, or unauthorized automated access to our systems

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Delays in shipping or delivery outside our reasonable control
• Personal injury or property damage arising from improper installation or misuse
• Health outcomes related to the use or misuse of any equipment purchased from Frost Forged Wellness

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment information is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors — we do not store your full credit card or banking credentials.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Forge & Flow Enterprises LLC at info@frostforgedwellness.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues are resolved within 5–10 business days through direct communication.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland. By using this website and purchasing our products, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in Maryland.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Forge & Flow Enterprises LLC.

Limitation Period

Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
