What’s included in this system?
The Ember Three (3-person far infrared sauna, Canadian Hemlock, near-zero EMF, digital control panel, ventilation window, 110V), the Tempest Pro cold plunge (36–107°F, WiFi/Bluetooth, ozone sanitation, 2 chrome jets, underwater LED, insulated cover, 110V), the Recovery Kit (robe, slippers, bottle, metal access cards, ritual cards and protocol guide), and access to The Reforge Portal (90 days of guided sessions).
Do both units require an electrician?
No — both the Ember Three and the Tempest Pro run on standard 110V residential outlets. No dedicated circuit, no electrician, and no permits required for either unit.
How does far infrared differ from a traditional sauna?
Traditional saunas heat the surrounding air to 160–200°F. Far infrared panels warm the body from within at lower ambient temperatures (120–150°F), making sessions more comfortable and sustainable for daily use. Near-zero EMF is engineered into the system for safe daily use by all occupants simultaneously.
Can three people use the sauna simultaneously?
Yes. The Ember Three is designed for up to three adults at the same time. The adjustable ventilation window maintains fresh airflow during shared sessions.
Why does contrast therapy work better as a system?
Heat alone produces adaptation. Cold alone produces adaptation. Together — in deliberate sequence — they produce a vascular pump effect that neither achieves independently. Blood vessels dilate with heat and contract with cold. That alternation drives approximately 2× the tissue perfusion of passive recovery. What is the Reforge Portal?
The Reforge Portal is the owner platform included with every system. It contains 90 days of guided sessions covering cold immersion protocols, heat protocols, and contrast sequencing. Unlocked by the metal access card in your Recovery Kit. Not publicly available. Not sold separately. Access begins the day your order is confirmed — before your system arrives.
What is the lead time?
The Ember Three currently ships in 18–30 business days. The Tempest Pro ships in 15–30 business days. Both units ship separately; freight tracking is provided after your order processes. Our team contacts you within one business day with delivery details and a dedicated point of contact.

What is the warranty and return policy?
All sales are final for non-defective products. Both the Ember Three and the Tempest Pro carry a 1-year warranty. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video documentation. Photograph all packaging before opening and document any freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing. To file a claim, email warranty@frostforgedwellness.com with your order number, description, and photos. We work with our manufacturing partners to arrange repair or replacement for verified warranty claims.
