Delivery is curbside for both units. Select our white-glove installation add-on to have our team handle moving, placement, and full assembly of the sauna.
Both the Ember Three and The Tempest Pro include a 1-year warranty with free replacement parts. Report any defect within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
