The Solace One (outdoor red cedar sauna, full tempered glass front, 1–2 persons, 5-year warranty), the Tempest Pro cold plunge (36–107°F, WiFi/Bluetooth, ozone sanitation, 2 chrome jets, underwater LED, insulated cover, 110V), the Recovery Kit (robe, slippers, bottle, metal access cards, ritual cards and protocol guide), and access to The Reforge Portal (90 days of guided sessions). Note: a heater is required for operation and is selected at checkout — Harvia 4.5KW (+$1,500). The sauna requires a dedicated 240V circuit.
Does the sauna include a heater?
No — a heater is required for operation and must be selected at checkout. The Harvia 4.5KW is the recommended electric heater for this sauna size (+$1,500, requires dedicated 240V circuit). If you already own a compatible heater or plan to source one separately, select “I’ll source my own” at checkout.
Do both units run on standard household power?
The Tempest Pro cold plunge runs on a standard 110V residential outlet — no electrician required. The outdoor cedar sauna requires a dedicated 240V circuit for the heater. Professional electrical coordination is strongly recommended. Our Concierge Installation program handles this entirely.
Why does contrast therapy work better as a system?
Heat alone produces adaptation. Cold alone produces adaptation. Together — in deliberate sequence — they produce a vascular pump effect that neither achieves independently. Blood vessels dilate with heat and contract with cold. That alternation drives approximately 2× the tissue perfusion of passive recovery (2024 RCT, 40 subjects). Norepinephrine rises 530% with cold immersion and dopamine sustains for hours. Neither result is achievable without both modalities present and accessible.
What is the Reforge Portal?
The Reforge Portal is the owner platform included with every system. It contains 90 days of guided sessions covering cold immersion protocols, heat protocols, and contrast sequencing. Unlocked by the metal access card in your Recovery Kit. Not publicly available. Not sold separately. Access begins the day your order is confirmed — before your system arrives.
What site preparation is required before delivery?
The cedar sauna requires a flat, level, solid base — a concrete pad, compacted gravel, or existing deck all work. At 992 lbs the surface must not shift or settle. Avoid soft ground or grass. A dedicated 240V circuit must be installed by a licensed electrician before the sauna arrives. Adequate clearance on all sides for airflow and access is required. The Tempest Pro cold plunge requires only a standard 110V outlet and a stable flat surface.

The cedar sauna currently carries an 18–65 business day lead time. The Tempest Pro cold plunge ships in 15–30 business days. Both units ship separately. What is the warranty and return policy?
All sales are final for non-defective products. The outdoor cedar sauna carries a 5-year structural warranty. The cold plunge carries a 1-year warranty. Free replacement parts are shipped within 7 days of a verified claim. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video documentation. Photograph all packaging before opening and document any freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
