How to Use
- Place the Tempest Gel Pillow on the rear lip of your cold plunge before entering
- Enter the tub and position your neck against the ergonomic contour
- Adjust until the base of your skull is supported and your neck feels neutral
- Begin your breathing protocol — the support allows full diaphragmatic breath without neck tension
- After your session, remove the pillow and rinse with clean water. Air dry before storage.

Can I use it in a sauna or hot tub?
No. The Tempest Gel Pillow is designed specifically for cold water use. Prolonged heat exposure may affect the gel material and is not recommended.
Do the colors look exactly like the swatches?
Color representation varies by screen. Ember is a warm burnt orange, Abyss is a deep navy, Obsidian is matte black, Glacier is aqua teal, and Arctic is translucent clear. All colors are consistent within their batch.
