Stay In. Stay Focused. Stay Connected.
The longer you stay in the cold, the greater the adaptation. The Anchor is a 360-degree suction-mount phone and tablet holder designed to attach directly to your Frost Forged cold plunge — giving you hands-free access to your device throughout your session. Track your time, run a guided breathing protocol, put on a podcast, or simply give yourself something to focus on other than the cold.
How Practitioners Use It
Keep your timer, HRV app, or temperature log visible throughout the session. No fumbling for your phone mid-plunge.
Follow a Wim Hof, box breathing, or diaphragmatic protocol on screen — hands-free, eyes up, fully in the session.
Distraction is a legitimate tool for extending cold tolerance, especially early in a practice. Use it intentionally.
Advanced practitioners use cold plunge time as productive work time. The Anchor makes hands-free calls possible from the tub.
The Anchor mounts to the smooth acrylic surface of your Frost Forged cold plunge via a heavy-duty suction cup. Press, twist, lock. No drilling, no permanent mounting hardware, no surface damage. Remove and reposition in seconds. The 360° swivel arm adjusts to any viewing angle — portrait, landscape, or tilted.
Distraction and focus are both legitimate cold tolerance tools. Having your device accessible removes one more reason to exit early.
→ Longer sessions. Greater adaptation. The full swivel arm adjusts to any angle. Portrait for apps and timers, landscape for video, tilted to compensate for recline angle.
→ Your view. Your angle. The universal holder fits both phones and tablets. Use your phone for tracking and protocols, your tablet for video or guided sessions.
→ One mount. Any device. The suction cup mounts and releases in seconds. No permanent hardware, no damage to your cold plunge. Move it between sessions or positions easily.
→ On in seconds. Off in seconds.Whether you use distraction or pure focus during cold immersion is a personal choice with legitimate arguments on both sides. Beginners often benefit from distraction to build tolerance and extend time in the cold. Advanced practitioners frequently prefer breath focus and stillness. The Anchor gives you both options — use it when it serves your session, set it aside when it does not.

Don't Have a Cold Plunge Yet?
The Anchor is designed as an accessory for Frost Forged cold plunges. If you have not yet invested in your primary unit, start here.
Shop Cold PlungesWill the suction cup hold on acrylic?
Yes. The Anchor is designed specifically for the smooth acrylic surface of cold plunge tubs like The Tempest and Tempest Pro. Ensure the surface is dry before mounting and engage the locking lever fully. Always test stability before use.
What size phones and tablets does it fit?
The universal holder accommodates all common phone sizes and standard tablets. The grip adjusts to fit devices of different widths securely.
Can I use it in landscape mode for video?
Yes. The holder rotates freely between portrait and landscape, and the swivel arm locks at any angle — including tilted to compensate for your recline position in the tub.
Is it waterproof?
The mount and arm are splash-resistant for normal cold plunge use. Keep your device out of the water — The Anchor is designed to position your device safely above the waterline.
Can I move it between sessions?
Yes. Release the suction lever, lift cleanly, and remount anywhere. No residue, no damage to the surface.
Will it work on The Tempest Pro's touch panel surface?
Mount The Anchor on the smooth acrylic tub wall or lip — not on the touch panel itself. The suction cup requires a smooth, flat, non-textured surface.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final for non-defective products. If your Anchor arrives damaged or defective, contact warranty@frostforgedwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation.
