The Forge Two weighs 1,350 lbs and requires a dedicated electrical circuit. White-glove installation covers full on-site assembly, electrical coordination, and unit activation. Flat $4,000 for anywhere in the continental U.S. and Canada.
Every Forge Two includes a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We arrange repair, replace parts, or provide full unit replacement. Contact us and we handle the rest.
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors such as weather, fire, or pests.

Frequently Asked Questions
HomeCraft or Humm Drop — which heater should I choose?
We recommend the Humm Drop WiFi. Both heaters are 9KW and deliver the same heating performance. The difference is control. The Humm Drop lets you preheat your sauna remotely, set schedules, and monitor temperature from your phone. For regular use, this convenience becomes part of the experience. Choose the HomeCraft if you prefer a straightforward, manual setup without app connectivity.
What foundation does the Forge Two need?
A flat, level, solid base such as a concrete pad, compacted gravel base, or existing deck. At 1,350 lbs, the Forge Two requires a surface that will not shift or settle over time. Soft ground or grass is not suitable.
What electrical work is required?
A dedicated circuit matching your chosen heater voltage must be installed by a licensed electrician before delivery. The Forge Two supports 380V, 220–240V, and 110V configurations. If selecting white-glove installation, we coordinate electrical planning with you before your unit ships.
Will it hold up in winter?
Yes. Red cedar is naturally suited for outdoor year-round use. It resists moisture, handles freeze-thaw cycles, and remains dimensionally stable in temperature extremes.
How does the WiFi heater app work?
The Humm Drop connects to your home WiFi and pairs with a companion app on iOS and Android. Set your target temperature, start preheating remotely, create heating schedules, and monitor session status from your phone. A physical remote is also included for manual control. Ensure your installation site has reliable WiFi coverage. A range extender may be needed for distant backyard locations.
How does freight delivery work?
The Forge Two ships free to the continental U.S. and Canada. Delivery is curbside. Add our white-glove installation option to have our team handle delivery, full assembly, and electrical coordination.
What maintenance does Red Cedar require?
Apply a UV-protective cedar oil or sealant annually to maintain the wood's finish and natural color. Without treatment, red cedar naturally weathers to a silver-grey patina — this is natural and does not affect structural integrity. Clean the interior monthly with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Do not use harsh chemicals or pressure wash the exterior.
