Every Forge One includes a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We arrange repair, replacement parts, or full unit replacement. Contact us and we handle the rest.
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors such as weather, fire, or pests.

Does the Forge One come with a heater?
No. The Forge One ships as the sauna structure only. Select your heater add-on above. It ships with your sauna as a complete unit. You can also add White-Glove Installation which includes full assembly and electrical coordination.
What foundation do I need?
The Forge One requires a flat, level, solid base — a concrete pad, compacted gravel base, or existing deck all work well. Avoid soft ground, grass, or areas with poor drainage.
What electrical work is required?
A dedicated circuit matching your chosen heater is required. The Forge One supports 110V, 220–240V, and 380V configurations depending on the heater selected. A licensed electrician must install the circuit prior to delivery. If you add our white-glove installation option, we coordinate electrical planning with you before your unit ships.
Will it hold up in winter?
Yes. Red cedar is naturally suited for outdoor year-round use. It resists moisture, handles freeze-thaw cycles, and remains dimensionally stable in temperature extremes. In climates with extended periods of very low temperatures during non-use, we recommend draining and protecting the door seal.
How does assembly work?
Panels arrive pre-assembled. You connect the sections, install the glass door, and make the electrical connection. A step-by-step instruction manual and all hardware are included. White-glove installation is available for $4,000 if you prefer to have it handled for you.
How does freight delivery work?
The Forge One ships free to the continental U.S. and Canada. Delivery is curbside. We send a full delivery guide before your unit arrives so you know exactly what to inspect and how to document any freight damage before signing. Add our white-glove installation option to have our team handle delivery, full assembly, and electrical coordination.
What maintenance does Red Cedar require?
Apply a UV-protective cedar oil or sealant annually to maintain the wood's finish and natural color. Without treatment, red cedar naturally weathers to a silver-grey patina — this is natural and does not affect structural integrity. Clean the interior monthly with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Do not use harsh chemicals or pressure wash the exterior.
