Why four hydrotherapy jets?
The four jets — two per side — create active water circulation during immersion, producing a more dynamic recovery experience compared to static soaks. More purposeful and performance-oriented.
Does it come with a cover and filters?
Yes. Every Tempest system includes an insulated thermal cover and two replacement paper core filters. The cover retains water temperature and reduces chiller workload between sessions. Both are included at no additional cost.
Is the chiller fully integrated — nothing extra to buy?
Yes. The 1HP heating and cooling system is fully integrated into the tub. No external chiller, no ice, no additional equipment. Fill, plug in, set your temperature, and the system handles the rest.
What outlet does it require?
Standard 110–120V, 15A dedicated circuit — the same as most home appliances. No electrician required in most residential setups. No plumbing installation needed.
What is The Forge Platform?
The Forge is a private recovery platform included with every system — 25 guided protocols, a session journal, a 14-day onboarding program, and Cold Control scoring. Unlocked by the metal access card in your kit. Not publicly available.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes. The freestanding design requires no permanent installation. Place it wherever it fits — patio, pool deck, home gym, or villa.

What is the return policy?
All sales are final for non-defective products. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video documentation. Photograph all packaging before opening and document any freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
