What is the difference between far infrared and traditional sauna heat?
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to 160–200°F. Far infrared saunas use radiant panels that heat the body directly at 120–150°F — more comfortable temperatures that most users sustain for longer sessions and daily use without difficulty. Infrared wavelengths penetrate approximately 1.5–2 inches beneath the skin surface, producing therapeutic effect at depth. The lower ambient temperature is also what makes the Ember Pro’s breathable sunroof and extended-session design effective.

Does the WiFi control panel work with my phone?
Yes. The broadcast-capable WiFi control panel allows you to schedule sessions, adjust temperature, and manage settings remotely via your phone. Bluetooth connects directly to the integrated speaker system for audio. You can arrive to a pre-heated sauna at the right temperature without adjusting anything on entry.

What is the return and warranty policy?
All sales are final for non-defective products. Every Ember Pro includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, with free replacement parts shipped within 7 days of a verified claim. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video documentation. Photograph all packaging before opening and document any freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
