Recovery withoutleaving home.
You don’t need a dedicated spa, a major renovation, or a separate building. The practice fits your life — not the other way around.
Far infrared heat triggers a core temperature drop post-session — the same mechanism that governs natural sleep onset. Regular evening sessions support deeper, faster sleep that compounds over weeks of consistent practice.
Increased circulation clears metabolic waste and delivers oxygen to fatigued muscle tissue. Used post-training, a 20-minute session accelerates recovery without additional physical effort or external equipment.
Heat exposure stimulates endorphin release and reduces cortisol. The session itself becomes the ritual — a daily 20 minutes that transitions the body and mind from effort to restoration.
Far infrared heat works at 120–150°F — a temperature that makes 20 minutes feel effortless rather than earned. The easier the session, the more consistent the practice. Consistency is where the results live.
After the Session.Hours of Effect.
Heat therapy triggers measurable physiological responses that extend well beyond the session itself. Growth hormone, plasma volume, and cardiovascular adaptation accumulate through consistent practice over weeks. Far infrared makes that consistency achievable daily — at home, at comfortable temperatures, without barriers.

Want the full sensory suite? Ember Pro.
Add cold.Complete the practice.
Heat opens circulation and triggers adaptation. Cold accelerates the recovery response. Paired together, the two modalities produce what neither achieves alone.

The heat. The protocols. The practice.
What is the difference between Ember One, Two, and Three?
All three models deliver the same far infrared therapy with Canadian Hemlock construction and near-zero EMF technology. The difference is capacity and footprint. Ember One (47"×39") is the compact solo sauna. Ember Two (47"×41") adds a second person, 1750W power, 8mm tempered glass door, Bluetooth audio, oxygen ionizer, and USB/FM radio. Ember Three (47"×60") is the three-person flagship with expanded interior and multi-tier seating.
What outlet do these require?
Ember One and Ember Two support both 110V and 220V — compatible with a standard residential outlet. Ember Three operates on 110V only. No dedicated circuit or electrician is required in most residential setups. Setup time is typically 2–4 hours with two adults.
What is the difference between far infrared and traditional sauna heat?
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to 160–200°F. Far infrared saunas use radiant panels that heat the body directly at 120–150°F — more comfortable temperatures that most users sustain for longer sessions and daily use. Infrared wavelengths penetrate approximately 1.5–2 inches beneath the skin surface, producing therapeutic effect at depth without the high ambient heat of traditional saunas.
How is the Ember different from the Ember Pro?
The Ember Collection is the foundational infrared system — far infrared panels, Canadian Hemlock, digital controls, and plug-in setup. The Ember Pro adds the full sensory suite: WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, integrated speakers, LED chromotherapy lighting, fiber optic starlit ceiling, and heated flooring. Both series include the same recovery kit, owner platform, and warranty terms.
What comes included with every Ember?
Every Ember ships with the Solace Recovery Kit — recovery robe, slippers, metal access card, ritual cards and protocol guide (600gsm copper foil), and a double-wall insulated bottle. The metal access card unlocks The Solace Platform: 22 guided protocols, session tracking, and a 14-day onboarding program. Not publicly available and not sold separately.
Can I pair an Ember with a cold plunge?
Yes — and it is the most effective way to use far infrared recovery. The Reforge System pairs the Ember Two with the Tempest Pro cold plunge as a complete contrast therapy environment at $16,999. The Reforge Pro pairs the Ember Pro Two with the Tempest Pro. See the Bundles collection for full system pricing.
What is the return and warranty policy?
All sales are final for non-defective products. Every Ember includes a 1-year warranty with free replacement parts. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video documentation. Photograph all packaging before opening and document any freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
What is the lead time?
